1. Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and chosen password. When you place a subscription order we collect your phone number, delivery address, and dietary preferences. We do not collect payment information — payments go directly between you and the kitchen partner.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your Platter account
• Connect you with kitchen partners for meal subscriptions
• Send transactional communications about your orders
• Improve the Platter platform

3. Information sharing

We share your name, phone number, email, and delivery address with the kitchen partner you subscribe to. This is necessary to fulfil your meal subscription. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a PostgreSQL-based cloud database). Data is hosted in Canada or the United States. By using Platter you consent to this storage.

5. Cookies and analytics

Platter uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies during the pilot.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
